They’re not meant to be a pair really.  I created these on the same day…and they are similar..but they are also very different (a lot like my twins!!!)

“Canyon” has copper tones and a deep greyish blue that is popular in home interiors right now.  And, there’s copper leaf amongst the glassy shards.

“Rust” on the other hand, has gold as it’s brilliance, with aqua blue to set it off.  Gold leaf dances with the glassy shards.

“Rust” will go out into the world in the form of giclees by John-Richard.

“Canyon” will be one of a kind.

Both will be framed soon, and available for sale at Mary Hong Gallery in Grayton Beach FL.

Both of these pieces bring me in to the cooler autumn days and nights.  It’s a welcome relief from a very hot summer.
