If you’re struggling this year..with grief and sadness and uncertainty….I’m right there with you! I hate it. But, it’s real. I promise you the cure is NOT a bottle or a pill or whatever your choice of pain relief is. The cure is to be. Just be. If you’re alone, then be alone. Stop and listen to what’s inside your head. If you’re among others that love you…then feel that love! The best therapy for me is to create. It gives me pause to stop the madness and solve problems, analyze choices, pray and to pray more.
